We are seeking someone who can support our Melbourne based Advice teams. Each day, these teams make it their business to provide the best wealth management and investment advice to their ultra-high net worth clients. Through this, they aim to give their clients the confidence to do what matters.
In this busy and varied role, Advisers will need support to make sure the workflow around giving advice runs efficiently and smoothly. You will assist them as they manage and grow their business and provide a high level of client service, comprehensive reporting and process support.
You will need to be proactive, have an eye for detail, be a quick learner and work well to the firm deadlines that impact our clients.
Above all, your support will help ensure we remain leaders in advice who put our clients first.
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate current or recent experience, skills and attributes, in the following key areas: An interest or strong desire to be involved in strategic financial planning.SMSF specialist desirable. Understanding superannuation strategies is a must, including SMSFs.Sound knowledge of the structures that apply to complex strategic advice and a working knowledge of associated tax issues.An understanding of cashflow modelling and debt structuring along with entity and personal succession planning.Ideally accounting qualified.Previous experience in a similar role.Can demonstrate:
- experience in SOA and ROA writing
- financial modelling and strategic analysis, ability to think critically and be able to develop strategies for financial independence for HNW clients.Understanding of the industry, including compliance obligations and differences between Retail and Wholesale advice, including superannuation product advice.
