We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Adviser Support Officer to join our team. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals who have previously worked in Client Services Officer (CSO) or Client Service Manager (CSM) positions. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to financial advisers in delivering exceptional client service.Assist with the preparation of client documentation and account management.Liaise with clients and manage follow-ups on behalf of the advisers.Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with industry regulations.Support in developing financial strategies and executing administrative tasks related to client financial planning needs.Requirements Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics, or similar).Experience: Ideally, previous experience in a CSO or CSM role.Professional Development: Candidates who have completed their professional year or are looking to do so will be highly regarded.Financial Planning Background: Experience within a financial planning office is desirable but not essential.Para Planning Experience: Any experience in para planning will be valued.Why Join Us?
