About the RoleReporting to the Team Leader: Future Student Enquiries, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and accurate information to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students in response to enquiries on a range of platforms. You will participate in the ongoing development of quality improvement initiatives and will work collaboratively with staff across the Communications and Marketing Unit to facilitate information sharing and cross-skilling.
Essential Skills and Experience Experience in a sales and customer service-related environment with a focus on achieving targets and client service management Excellent relationship building skills to enable effective engagement with a diverse range of people and cultures Demonstrated provision of high quality, responsive customer service with excellent communication and written skills and a professional phone manner Proven ability to problem-solve and sound organisational skills, including prioritising conflicting demands to meet deadlines Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a team-based work environment including contributing towards a strong client focused culture BenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
