Areal Property Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Advertising Specialist to join their team.
This role is pivotal in crafting and executing advertising campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive property sales and rentals.
The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across various media channels to promote our properties and services.
Design and produce high-quality advertising materials, including print, digital, and social media content.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our advertising remains cutting-edge.
Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to understand market needs and client expectations.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure all campaigns are within allocated resources.
Maintain a strong brand identity across all advertising materials, ensuring consistency with our company values.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute advertising campaigns.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Advertising Proven experience in advertising, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google AdWords and social media advertising.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
