What you'll be doing:
Own and support paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, campaign execution, and management.
Support account leads with the day-to-day management of clients and tasks including reporting, pacing, optimizations, campaign execution, etc.
Ownership of campaign set-up and daily management: audience strategy, testing, optimizations, pacing, and reporting.
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage daily and weekly commitments, track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and participate in weekly client calls.
Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success.
Successfully fulfills the client's strategy by creating deliverables and recommendations.

Requirements:
1-2+ years of related work experience in paid social.
Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta.
