We will consider people looking for full-time or part-time employment.
In this role you will provide effective clinical management of patients admitted under respiratory medicine, provide consultations to other departments and participate in outpatient clinics including the pulmonary hypertension clinic. You will gain experience in certain procedures including bronchoscopies and EBUS.
You will develop expertise in medical practice, quality assurance and will participate in medical education and supervision of junior team members.

Who we are looking for: The successful applicant will have a strong interest in Respiratory Medicine, excellent written and oral communication skills, and actively engage in teaching and quality assurance activities.
Only applicants in one of the following categories are eligible to apply: Advanced trainees wishing to complete General Medicine - Respiratory term rotation or Dual Training; orTrainees who are eligible for top-up training in General Medicine - Respiratory term following RACP assessment.Additionally, the following are essential requirements: You'll have full Australian Working RightsYou'll be an AHPRA Registered Medical PractitionerYou'll have MBBS or equivalent with at least 4 years post-graduate experienceYou'll have demonstrated high-level independent clinical skills and judgement, with the ability to make sound decisions and problem solve with an awareness of limitations and ability to learn independently and modify behaviour accordingly.You'll have previous experience in and willingness to deliver undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and training.You'll have a proven commitment to your Advanced Training program including education, research and training.You'll have the demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamYou'll have proven competency in clinical skills including effective assessment, care planning, care provision, case management and management of clinical emergenciesWhat to expect
