Two ongoing, full-time positions based in SheppartonWork in a team dedicated to helping people make positive changes to their livesEarn $95,102 - $107,905 per year (plus super) with yearly increasesCommunity Correctional Services (CCS) is a state-wide service that manages individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post-sentence supervision, and prisoners on parole.
Evidence suggests that people who re-integrate into the community following a period of imprisonment require transitional support in order to reduce their risk of reoffending.

Advanced Practitioners manage a caseload of complex and high-risk offenders on court orders, many of whom have completed part of their sentence in custody. They draw on evidence-based frameworks to deliver dynamic case management practice with offenders who have complex needs and those who have committed serious offences.
You will help a caseload of complex and high-risk clients meet their court order conditions and connect them to community programs and services. You will also lead and mentor staff, guiding them to deliver quality evidence-based case management practice to clients.
