As an Advanced Field Service Engineer (Supervisor), your focus will be to provide leadership and support team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party SystemsLeading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as requiredPrepare accurate monthly forecasts and ensuring effective financial control according to agreed budgets and plansEffectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfactionFacilitate the development of others' knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activitiesKey Experience & Capabilities:8 years Industry experience / background – BMS / Security / HVAC control systemsStrong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issuesProject management experienceDemonstrated technical skills and broad exposure to technical issuesStrong communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skillsWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
