Fixed Term , Full-time role located in Warrnambool Experience within the disability sector, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern Effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector Strategic thinker about how to improve service and contribute to positive changes Ability to adapt to various situations and lead a team through an ever-changing environment An Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalent) is required for this role We excel together As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services, you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
