We are currently looking for a full time Organisation and Methods Analyst to work across our Management Consultancy Services business unit. You will work with the client to understand and identify specific requirements and to comprehend where the changes are required as far as policies, systems & procedures, methods, and structures are concerned. Reporting directly to the Director, your key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities: Helping clients to identify their business weaknesses & challenges as well as to determine relevant solutions for their growth and sustainability;Discussing with clients' management body to identify specific requirements and to comprehend where the changes are required as far as policies, procedures, regulations, and structures are concerned;Designing and developing strategic development plans and conducting complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities;Understanding organization's existing business efficiency and effectiveness; observing methods and procedures in action to determine existing workflow;Investigating existing products & services and compare them with competitors. Then, suggesting measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty;Examining current organizational structures, processes, methods and systems; determining operational steps by evaluating through optimum methodology;Identifying the company's strengths and weaknesses, and any foreseeable problems; subsequently, communicating with clients to discuss business and organizational limitations;Recommending solutions or alternative methods for necessary improvements, such as a new way of working or changes to the organizational structure of a company by preparing or revising instruction, policies and manuals;Producing written reports as well as preparing guidelines on new procedures; training staff to adopt and use the new system so that company's employees can easily familiarize themselves with new practices;Meticulously monitoring relevant industry trends locally and internationally;Initiating strategies and risk appetite statement for the clients to reduce their losses and instead achieving increased profits;Studying data such as organization charts, records, manuals, reports and other documents;Undertaking research and reviewing studies of current business processes and analysing workplace environments, employee performance and outsourced programs;Evaluating organization's clarity of mission - this involves identifying organization's business goals and how well those goals are understood throughout the organization.Qualifications and Experiences: Must be an MBA with at least 4 years of relevant experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision to meet deadlinesProven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAble to strictly maintain confidential informationExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, strong communicator at all business levels, with the ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in a dynamic environmentWell organized with high attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing prioritiesAbout You: You will offer a high energy and growth mindset with a professional approachA real passion and dedication to build positive relationships with our stakeholdersSelf-motivated with an infectious desire to grow, learn and developSensitivity and empathy towards multicultural communitiesYearly Salary Package: $88,000 exclusive of superannuation
