You'll work across mixed settings, from clinic-based therapy to community outreach, including hospitals, workplaces, and even a local prison (only if you wish!
)
Graduates/Early Career Professionals: Benefit from reduced billable targets (starting at 12 and building to 20 during the first year!
) and a top-tier onboarding program with plenty of non-face-to-face hours for learning, development, and buddying with senior staff.Senior Clinicians: Take on exciting challenges, develop new programs, specialise in areas of interest, and engage in research and problem-solving projects.You'll be led by an experienced Speech Pathologist and university lecturer with a background in developing innovative communication tools, cognitive-communication therapies, and AAC integration.
This leader also trains support workers and contributes to resources like the My Support Space website for NDIS participants.
