The Role
We are seeking a reliable person to join our IT team as our IT Support Officer. Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to all employees, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems, software, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues. Setting up new equipment. Supporting the overall efficiency of IT operations. Collaborating with the IT team to implement improvements and optimisations. About You
Personal Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability. A sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results. Collaborative team player. Diploma in Information Technology or related field, at minimum, or nearing completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Office 365, including troubleshooting and user support. Proficiency with Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence for task tracking. Experience in handling common office IT issues, e.g., printers, desktops, network connectivity problems. Experience with Transact-SQL and relational database management systems. Basic understanding of Linux Command-Line Interface (CLI). Familiarity with AMS cloud environments. Basic understanding of database design and optimisation. Why ADP?
