We are currently accepting applications for a practitioner to join our Strengthening Connections Team.
Our Adolescent Violence in the Home Practitioners provide intensive case management support for young people living at home.
This role undertakes comprehensive safety and wellbeing assessments, develops care plan with therapeutic interventions which are both individual and family based.
This role will also conduct group work that uses concurrent adolescent and parent group sessions to strengthen the parent-adolescent relationship.

You will hold previous case management experience in a community services organisation, providing services to a range of clients.
You will have experience managing risk, completing risk assessments and managing the needs of a range of complex clients.
Our preferred candidate will thrive in working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic and experienced team environment.
Our successful candidates will hold the below skills and attributes: A Degree in Social Work or equivalent (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience working within the Family Violence sector (Desirable ) Case Management Experience (Desirable) Strong and authentic interpersonal skills with experience working with a range of clients Alignment to Cafs values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness & Innovation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Social Work or related discipline is MANDATORY .
Additional qualifications and/or training that focuses on MARAM, family work, family violence, attachment, trauma, and child development will be highly regarded.
