Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration) Salary package: $ 81,318 - $ 88,709 per annum plus 17% superannuation Terms: 2 x Full-time, Continuing Position overview The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio.
DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation.
Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management.
The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes.
The main function of the role is to provide a beginning-to-end admissions process to prospective students from assessment of the initial application through to the student acceptance.
The position will be a part of a wider team who are accountable to admission and recruitment targets and a specific accountability of this role will be ensuring that turn-around times are adhered to as well as targets specific to the admissions workflows.
