Your Role As a Customer Support Specialist you will manage incidents daily via phone or email, communicate and advise of solutions to the customers' enquiries.
The Customer Support & Installation department is responsible for providing our customers with high quality, reliable and efficient support whilst working closely with all departments within Ultimate Business Systems.

Record, classify and track incidents and requestsEnsure effective and efficient communication between the help desk and customersResearch the root cause of customers query and report this to the appropriate departmentFollow-up on all open incidents and provide the customer with instructional documentation, training and other resources to address queriesTravel when necessary to our customers nationally to provide onsite training & install productsEnsure incidents are closed with a high level of customer satisfaction What You Will Need To Succeed Experience in Administrative/Bookkeeping (highly regarded)Experience within the Automotive dealer network (highly regarded)Strong customer service focus & desire to put the customer firstExcellent problem solving & relationship building skillsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExceptional time management skillsAbility to prioritise & manage multiple projects at onceTeam player with a can do attitudeExperience in resolving customer enquiries quickly & clearly to the customer via phone, email & in-personWilling to travel within Australia when required #SCR-nathan-soti
