You will be responsible for processing tenancy terminations, verifying tenant income, scheduling property inspections, and handling rent deduction and arrears forms. You will also ensure that tenancy data is accurately recorded, and relevant information is promptly documented and updated. In addition, you will provide support in preparing reports and statistical information for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration will be a key part of your role as you liaise with Community Service Managers and respond to enquiries from tenants and other parties. You will also contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.

Your experience with various software systems means you're comfortable with data management and reporting. You're familiar with maintaining confidentiality and following protocols, especially when handling sensitive information like tenancy details and income verification.
As a team player, you value collaboration but are also capable of working independently and taking the initiative to identify areas for improvement.
