The position of Project Administrator sits with CPB Contractors who are in partnership with TasWater, UGL and WSP to build and enhance TasWater's capability in a range of operational and strategic areas such as safety, project controls, estimating and program management.

A typical day may look like this:
Event coordination such as coordinating and promoting CDO events, arranging catering and driving attendance – e.g., Diversity and Inclusion/Health & Wellbeing events, etc.
Assisting with scheduling meetings for the teams including booking rooms and producing materials to support meetings.
Updating employee database, organisational charts and maintaining registers.
Developing written communication through the preparation of documents.
Pro-actively developing customer relationships (both internal and external).
General administration across the support services teams.
What will you have to be successful?
Proficient IT skills in: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio etc.
A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
Display a positive approach to safety.
Display a proactive approach and demonstrated ability to show initiative.
Effective level of personal resilience and persistence.
Have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and be customer-focused, team-oriented, accountable and results-driven.
Be energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
