genU has an exciting opportunity for a Claims & Reporting Officer to join our newly established Performance, Quality & Client Experience Division!
The Performance, Quality & Client Experience Division focuses on ensuring our clients have the best experience of genU's services.
This includes ensuring compliance and maintenance of our high-quality standards across genU and driving a culture of continuous improvement!

The Claims & Reporting Officer will play a pivotal role in assisting with the implementation and coordination of the daily operational procedures relating to funding quoted and received.
You will help with client compliance using the CRM to produce data and audits and acquittals as required by the teams funding Agencies.

Accountabilities of the Claims & Reporting Officer include: Supporting NDIS Planning reviews or changes of participants circumstances Respond to funding enquiries and ensure Service Agreements are in place Assist with ensuring respite funding is clarified and entered into relevant recording systems such as Carelink Comply and adhere to organisational Policy and Procedures, work instructions, and State and Commonwealth requirements Assist with process improvement initiatives including problem solving issues as they arise to ensure operational efficiencies and high-level service user satisfaction Identify training needs and/or knowledge gaps within the disability teams and raise with Team Lead About You As the Claims & Reporting Officer you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience managing services for people with a range of disabilities.
Experience in coordinating funding from External bodies Knowledge and experience of scheduling services Demonstrated experience in the use of IT systems including Carelink or similar databases Ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload Demonstrated commitment to liaising effectively and working in partnership with all stakeholders Effective, positive and respectful communication skills Well-developed written communication skills High standards of ethical and professional behaviour NDIS Screening Workers Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion Please contact for a copy of the Position Description For You!
