Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Growth, we are seeking an experienced and analytical Administrator – SalesForce and ZoomInfo who will manage and customise the Salesforce and ZoomInfo platforms to meet the needs of the organisation. This is a remote role. Role KPIs will include:
Data Quality System Uptime Report and Dashboard Usage Ticket Resolution Customisation Efficiency Compliance and Security User Adoption Rate

Responsibilities
Customise and configure Salesforce and ZoomInfo to meet the organisation's needs Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets Oversee data quality, imports, exports, and cleansing activities to maintain accurate information Implement and manage sales and marketing automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows Focus on contact list filtering (Boolean), creation/de-duping, and export for telemarketing Integrate Salesforce and ZoomInfo with other systems and applications, setting up automation processes Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use Salesforce and ZoomInfo Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and enhancements Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and ZoomInfo to provide insights into key performance metrics Keep up-to-date with Salesforce and ZoomInfo updates and best practices to optimise platform performance Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and ZoomInfo functionality.
Skills and Requirements
3+ years proven work experience as a SalesForce and ZoomInfo Administrator Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong understanding of SalesForce and ZoomInfo platforms and best practices Understanding of sales and marketing best practices Salesforce and ZoomInfo Administrator certification is preferred Able to work during Australian business hours Ability to solve problems creatively and logically Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
