Administrator - Recruitment

Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to offer the opportunity for another Administrator to join our energetic and diverse recruitment and mobilisation team. As one of two Recruitment Administrators, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing and maintaining our recruitment trackers and database. Following up on pre-employment medical results, clearances and police checks. Liaise with candidates to follow up on outstanding pre-employment activities and keep them updated on their progress. Monitor the Recruitment Admin inbox. Providing daily updates to the recruitment advisors on the progress of their candidates. Ensuring strict adherence to pre-employment and site clearance processes. Perform other administrative duties including management of cost allocations for purchase orders, and supporting the wider recruitment and mobilisation teams. Work proactively to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the full recruitment process. About you: Experience working as an administrator within a fast-paced recruitment, mobilisation or onboarding team. Pride yourself on your attention to detail and work ethic. Previous SAP Success Factors experience is preferred but this can be trained on the job. You like working as part of a team but can work autonomously and are confident in your own work output.
