Join our vibrant Maintenance team as a Project Administrator!
Based in Port Hedland, you'll play a key role in supporting the Area Manager and the entire team with various administrative tasks essential for the facility.
If you're organized and detail-oriented, we want you on our team!
This is a LOCAL role in Port Hedland.
Success candidate must have their own accommodation.
The Role You Will Be Supporting the team in the delivery of general administration dutiesChecking and processing daily timesheets.Inputting and ensuring timesheets are submitted in time for the payrollAssisting with mobilising personnel to siteOrganising travel and accommodation bookings, registers, and reports (as required)Assisting management to compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports (as required)About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
