The Role Become an integral part of the successful day to day running of the company. Work within a truly supportive business, working closely with the genuinely friendly and down to earth business owner. With long established clients and an ever growing client list, our client, an established service provider is looking to bring on an experienced administrator to assist with the daily running of the organisation.
Responsibilities Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assist with daily running of the business.
Manage enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
General administrative duties.
Ordering of office supplies.
Manage weekly payroll.
Invoicing through Xero.
Managing the Direct Debit agreements and payments.
