About our Client: Our client is a major packaging, paper, and recycling company, renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation.
About the Role: As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be pivotal in maintaining accurate data, processing orders efficiently, and supporting warehouse operations.
Working with advanced Warehouse Management Systems like SAP, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and accurate documentation.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring timely order processing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage data within SAP or equivalent WMS.
Process and release 5-6 orders daily.
Issue picking slips and update driver run sheets.
Conduct regular warehouse checks to ensure order accuracy.
Support order fulfilment to improve workflow efficiency.
Coordinate with drivers for accurate delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and efficiency protocols.
Attributes and Skills Required: Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
Proficiency in SAP or similar WMS tools.
Ability to multitask and handle fluctuating order volumes.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
