Execute the creation and meticulous maintenance of customer invoices, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and adherence to procedural standards.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to proactively address client needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
Payroll processing and reconciliation for all DG departments; annual leave coverage for Fleet Schedulers Coordination of onboarding of drivers (Medicals, Uniforms, IT, Training, Inductions); assistance in safety and compliance auditing, reporting, and data entry; coordination and support for management and team meetings; general administration assistance in other parts of the business as required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry Demonstrate expertise in data entry and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
Exhibit advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and bring industry experience to streamline processes.
