We bring our values to life every day by being Collaborative, Respectful, Reliable, Sustainable. Our values are more than just words; they guide how we work with each other, farmers, suppliers, partners, and the communities we operate in. These values and behaviours represent the CBH team at our best and are what we need to collectively demonstrate to achieve our Path to 2033 strategic objectives.
CBH has a strong and proud history of serving and returning value to WA growers since 1933.
We are a proud Western Australian co-operative and as Australia's largest co-operative, we are a leader in the Australian grain industry. We have grown from humble roots into one of the world's largest and most efficient grain supply chains, delivering millions of tonnes of quality Western Australian grain into the hands of customers around the world each year.
Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.
Our core purpose is to sustainably create and return value to current and future West Australian grain growers.

CBH is more than just a place of work; it's a community of people who are passionate and committed to our core purpose.
