The RoleThis is a role that will provide you with variety in your day and also the chance to expand on your skill set over time and move into taking on office management duties.
Primarily you will be responsible for providing a positive first impression to the firm and also administrative support to a team of Accountants.
In addition, you will also offer support to the operations team.
Your duties will include:
Answering calls and dealing directly with clientsCollation of financial documents on behalf of accountantsPreparation of correspondence on behalf of accountantsCoordinate office events and meetingsAssisting with marketing dutiesAssisting with HR duties including the onboarding of new employeesProviding assistance to the Practice ManagerManaging and updating the client databaseProviding adhoc support as required to AccountantsUndertaking specialized accounting administrative tasksAbout YouTo be considered for this role it is a preference that you have experience working in a public practice accounting environment undertaking a similar role.
