This position is a 12-month fixed term role (maternity leave cover) and will commence in early January 2025.
As an Administrator at Sunwater, you will: Provide all-round administrative assistance to the Customer and Stakeholder Relations Team, including (but not limited to): travel coordination calendar management and meeting room bookings catering and PPE/uniform ordering management of team training requirements and new starter onboarding document formatting and word processing including template/precedent documents updates and workspace management event management support for customer engagement activities such as dam open days and stakeholder meetings Maintain records within Sunwater's information management and matter management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency Perform activities and have accountability for tasks associated with invoicing, accounts payable, credit card and travel expenses reconciliations and systems application (e.g., SAP) We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in office management.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' previous administration experience and be experienced in supporting a team of professionals, have strong software application knowledge e.g., MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and SharePoint), Acrobat Pro, SAP and have a high level of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also be capable of building effective business relationships with stakeholders.
