Your ImpactAs the Training Administrative Coordinator for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of International Training, including TASER training and software programs throughout the region. You will work with external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and support. You will create and execute training schedules, manage budgets, and maintain effective workflows in the office. The administrative coordinator may also take on many other duties regularly associated with office management, including filing, managing files and databases, creating memos and reports, and performing other clerical duties.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Training Operations - EMEA Direct Reports: None Development and management of international and domestic training calendarsManagement of Training budget, request funds through POR'sManagement of profit and loss monthly statementsCreation of international training invoicesOrdering office supplies and marketing products for customersOrdering course materials through Microsoft AX DynamicsManage course builds and attendees in our Learning Management System (LMS)Create and send certifications through our Learning Management System (LMS)Tracking of course attendees and creating quarterly and year-end reportsAssist and support Training event planning and coordinationWork with Marketing to develop and provide rich content for our training experiencesManage the Training Support of Sales and Marketing at Events, shows and ExposAssist with the development and Localization of Training ProgramsAssist with and source translation of training materials for the Asia Pacific regionWhat You BringDegree level or equivalentProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word applicationsExceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong task and time management skillsProficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and computersBasic math skills and understanding of basic financial conceptsPreferred QualificationsProficient in the use of Microsoft AX Dynamics applicationsProficient in the use of Salesforce CRM PlatformExperience in managing LMS platformsDemonstrated experience within administrative roles and office managementAble and willing to travel regularly to public safety agenciesExperience of working in a project support officeExceptional communication skills in English and a second Asia Pacific language is desirable
