About The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven administrator who is looking to become an integral part of the team at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital – Administrative Support Officer - Outpatient Services. You will require outstanding administration skills and be highly organised in your work.
You will be passionate about customer service and be a great communicator who can easily speak with a range of Heads of Department, stakeholders, clinicians, executives, and your team. You will be comfortable taking calls and answering requests and enquiries via email as well as being approachable and enthusiastic.
The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative service within the Allied Health and Aged Care Department. Additionally, the position will provide administrative support to various Outpatient departments within Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital in assisting with service delivery needs.
