Role Overview: As the Administrative Officer of the Training Team, you will be required to maintain the administrative operations of accredited and non-accredited training and assist the Training Delivery Officer in planning and coordinating the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training courses as required, including but not limited to venues, trainers, equipment, and training material.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promote ethical behaviour and alignment with Aspen Medical's Social Purpose and B Corp principles.Provide support to the Registered Training Organisation and Learning Design Manager (RTO Manager) and Training Team as a whole.Collect, collate, and file data for the training team.Input information collected from trainers, participants, and clients into the training database as required.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in managing the training team's Student Management/Learning Management System.Produce and distribute certificates for accredited and non-accredited training delivery.Coordinate with the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Manager to produce and distribute promotional materials when necessary.Compile and distribute documents essential for training delivery.Handle training enquiries in a professional manner.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in maintaining and cleaning training equipment as required.Arrange travel and accommodation in accordance with Aspen Medical travel policies for training purposes when requested.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in setting up meetings and training rooms for presentations and meetings as required.Implement corporate policies and procedures into everyday business activities.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for clients and service providers.Support the RTO Manager with administrative tasks.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in the planning of accredited and non-accredited training, including (but not limited to) venues, trainers, equipment, and training material as required.Participate in external audits as required in consultation with the Training Delivery and Compliance Lead.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in the coordination and maintenance of training equipment, including logistics, maintenance of training kits and client supplies.Assist the Training Delivery Officer in the planning and scheduling of trainer workshops to ensure that all trainers maintain consistent and current RTO information and first aid skills.Support the Moderation and Validation (update and review) of training and assessment content.Skills, Qualification and Competencies: Developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop high attention to detail standards.Ability to provide quality customer service to a wide range of stakeholders.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Knowledge of basic administrative functions.Previous experience in Microsoft Office.Previous experience in working in a Registered Training Organisation in administrative roles.Apply Today!
