Elringtons Lawyers is looking for bright and ambitious professionals to join the team across multiple different areas across the firm.
Current positions include:
Administrative Assistant - Property Commercial & Conveyancing Paralegals Candidates should be prepared to work in either our Deakin or Queanbeyan offices and be available full-time (or at least 4 days per week).

The Role
As part of our support team, you may:
Draft legal documents and letters using LEAP. Work closely with senior legal practitioners involved in a variety of matters across the firm. Assist solicitors with correspondence and documentation. Answer telephone queries and direct calls. Manage the diary of legal practitioners. Photocopy and collate documents. Open, manage, and close files. Complete legal and other research. Identify and resolve problems. Assist with payments. Assist practitioners in managing debtors. Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors. Court filing. Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will:
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in relevant areas. Have a natural affinity with clients and the ability to interact with clients confidentially while building effective working relationships. Have immaculate attention to detail and pride yourself on the quality of service you provide our clients. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook. Have high-level problem-solving skills and an ability to learn new tasks quickly. Have a high level of computer literacy. Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work. Have the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines. Have strong time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
