Human Resources OfficerFull-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the delivery of operational people services, such as position occupancy management, recruitment, assisting teams with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, learning and development support and relevant reporting at ACT Courts and Tribunal (ACTCT).
The Human Resources Officer will assist the Assistant Director, Human Resources and the Directorate's People and Workplace Strategy (PWS) team, with complex human resource matters.The Human Resources Officer, under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Human Resources, will support the implementation of strategic human resource initiatives and provide technical advice to staff on human resource matters in line with the relevant Enterprise Agreements and legislative requirements.
