The Director of Schools, Diocese of Wollongong, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced personnel for this permanent part-time position of Administrative Officer - Director's Office, with Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong (CEDoW).

The position works closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational outcomes in relation to administrative functions within the Catholic Education Office.
More specifically, the role supports the functions and operations of CEDoW's Director's Office including the Strategy and Communications function—and is required to perform a diversified range of secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad experience, skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with staff in the Director's Office to help deliver the service areas strategic goals, which span strategy, marketing, digital communications, media, and executive leadership. Contribute to the implementation of the vision and strategic direction of CEDoW as stated in Lighting the Way, including opportunities to support marketing campaigns, internal communication, website and social media content, and administrative priorities. Support effective and efficient office and school-based processes. Provide ongoing support to the Director's Office service area (including but not limited to administrative and clerical support). Provide document management and electronic filing services to the Director's Office service area. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data input. Ability to work independently and a collaborative, cooperative approach to working in a team. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Discretion and a high level of confidentiality. Proficiency and experience in Google applications and MS Office suite of applications, including Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A positive approach and a 'can do' attitude. QUALIFICATIONS Cert IV in Business Administration (or similar), or working towards a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, Commerce or similar (desirable)
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE This role is classified as child-related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.
