About the role The Administrative Officer, ATOM Support is responsible for providing effective, efficient and quality administrative support for the Apprentice and Trainee Online Management (ATOM) system used to track training delivery progress for all VET students.
The position will also perform a range of administrative functions relating to the student experience for both internal and external clients.
You will: deliver quality administrative services, including but not limited to template population, data imports, report distribution, stationery and materials/equipment ordering; ensure prompt and accurate information is provided for staff, students, employers of Apprentices/Trainees; maintain and monitor student data by providing regular data reports to key staff; and provide administrative support for the development and distribution of internal newsletters, user guides and manuals.
About you Reporting to the Coordinator, ATOM Support, you will have demonstrated experience in using student management systems such as Campus Solutions, ATOM and EPSILON.
You will possess demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering customer service excellence and Microsoft Office Software Skills, including the ability to use other relevant applications.
You will possess: demonstrated problem solving, organsational and time management skills; skills in editing, producing, and distributing, a range of business and other documentation; experience with Microsoft Office software; and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team and to deal with confidential information.
