About the Role We are currently seeking an individual who is looking to kick start their career in administration to join our team. Being our front receptionist, we are looking for someone with a friendly, bubbly personality. A team player who is able to take direction and guidance when needed, but also able to implement that guidance independently. We are a growing business, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business as well.
Key Duties Provide full administration support to the Mackay team Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties Create and verify invoices and submit for processing Process supplier invoicing and reconcile accounts Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities Assist in sourcing and procurement of parts and supplies Meet and greet customers, vendors, and freight The successful applicant will have the following: 2+ years qualified experience in a similar role Experience with differing account processing – invoicing Proven ability to provide quality customer service outcomes Ability to prioritize work and possess great communication and interpersonal skills Professional and courteous in team environments but able to work alone when required Please submit a resume and cover letter as to your suitability for this position.
