Experienced Office Administrator required.
Must have MYOB experience.
Work within a small family owned business, office is at home based in The Ponds area.
Ideal candidate must be able to complete the following tasks:
General Administrative TasksMarketing and follow ups on leads and tenders/Cold callingLiaise with Construction Companies for Post Tender ProjectsFiling and general admin tasksReporting to Managing Director on a daily basisSelf management of time and ability to work autonomouslyMust be willing to prioritise tasks based on business needsYou will be starting with 3 days per week with the opportunity for more.
