Office Management (Administration & Office Support)We seek an individual with strong financial and administrative experience who understands and appreciates being actively involved with the operations of the business. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and administrative assistance to the team. In this part-time role, 5 days a week, 6 hours, with the opportunity to expand in due course.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist owner in adhoc admin / PA RoleOversee Business and personal insuranceWork across a broad range of business functionsComplete low volume job specific invoicingProvide IT supportGenerate management reports to provide insights into performanceProvide support to accounts payable when neededWork closely with other departments and immediate team membersOversee the sales order process, reception duties and general office housekeepingProvide support to logistics by actioning local sales delivery queries when neededAssist in month-end and year-end closing activitiesSkills and ExperienceHigh proficiency level of computer skills (MS Office, specifically excel)Sound knowledge of MYOB AccountsAccounts receivable experienceExceptional organisational, time management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a small teamStrong attention to detailAbility to use initiative and willingness to learn with a positive can-do attitude
