**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support our operations in Sydney. This part-time position is designed for an individual with strong organizational skills, confident communication ability, and a passion for project management. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, compile, and analyze data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information to stakeholders.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating meetings to keep stakeholders informed.
- **Communication Liaison**: Serve as a point of contact within the organization for internal and external communications, fostering effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and deadlines are met.
- **Office Management**: Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate office maintenance to create a conducive working environment.
- **Event Support**: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and workshops to promote team collaboration and engagement.
- **Compliance and Policies**: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, assisting in the implementation of best practices across administrative operations.

**Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
