ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Based in Thebarton Start 15 January 2025 advancedlife is a national photographic company specialising in School Photography for 40 years. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team located in Thebarton. 
The primary role of the Workflow Coordinator is to support the business with the workflow of daily jobs focusing on and including work emanating from pre photography and post photography functions. Duties include preparing documents, working on photographic images, group picking, data and image management.
We are seeking people who can work five days per week starting on the 15th of January for the following 6 months and who possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills - required 
Computer literate (Windows operating system) - required 
Able to pick up new software quickly - required 
Attention to detail and ability to follow a clearly outlined process - required 
Microsoft Excel and Word - intermediate or above - desirable 
Working with?data?in an environment where accuracy and?data?integrity are critical
Full training will be provided to successful applicants. ? 
This is a fast pace role where you will be working as part of an established and supportive team.
