Responsibilities:The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to Senior Management. This includes handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, arranging meetings, functions, travel, and venue bookings. Preparing correspondence, meeting agendas or any other necessary documents. The Administrative Assistant will also contribute to maintaining systems, processes, and procedures, entering financial transactions into specific information systems, managing office supplies, and coordinating any maintenance or equipment repairs.Who You Are:You will have an Associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience or relevant training or experience in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and interact successfully and respectfully with people from differing backgrounds both on technical and nontechnical levels.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and effectively within and across teams to build relationships with colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders to deliver on outcomes within prescribed deadlines.Ability to produce accurate, timely and well-presented information that meets requirements.Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet, and email.Ability to learn and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and procedures.Excellent attention to detail.
