Job Title: Administrative Associate This role is part of a dynamic team at [Company Name], supporting the entire Tamworth branch with crucial administrative assistance to the parts and service teams.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support by preparing statistical reports and handling routine to complex information requests. Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter information into reports, presentations, forms, databases, or spreadsheets. Respond to or redirect inquiries from internal or external sources regarding the organization, its activities, or processes, ensuring prompt and accurate communication. Prepare documentation for payments to vendors, suppliers, and other third parties; manage payment requests in the accounting system and address inquiries from accounts payable and payees. Document and maintain departmental policies and procedures. Participate in departmental business improvement projects and assignments as required. Perform additional routine to complex administrative tasks according to established organizational procedures and act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification. Strong data entry skills. Experience in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role. Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities. Ability to discern when to escalate inquiries. Clear verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone. Professional email communication skills. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite. ADP (payroll experience is a plus).
