Company/client overview: The client is one of Australia's leading retailers in joinery services, hardware and building materials related to kitchens, wardrobes and shower screens. The client has a family owned business, working to provide you with quality service and products. They provide a range of services surrounding installation of wardrobes, kitchens, shower screens and related cabinets along with smaller services such as cut to size glass and mirrors.
ResponsibilitiesConduct research on various topics as requiredSchedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events using online calendars and scheduling toolsRespond to and manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondenceAssist with general day-to-day tasksPerform data entry tasks as requiredPrepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsWork collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasksRequirementsProven experience as a virtual administrative assistant or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with online scheduling and project management toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
