Admin Assistant Immediate start for the successful candidate Full-time, permanent position Hawthorn location Excellent development opportunities The Company Our client is an established and successful accounting practice with a private wealth firm, located in the beautiful suburb of Hawthorn . Close to public transport (Glenferrie Rd trams and Glenferrie Train Station) as well as off-street casual parking.
The Role We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to perform the following duties:
Answer all incoming calls and client inquiries Assist the financial advisory team with all administrative tasks using Midwinter platform Responsible for organising files and keeping all documentation up to date Book and schedule appointments/meetings Draft and circulate documents Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Provide general administrative support and assistance to the team Does this sound like you? At least 6 months of experience in a similar role XERO experience is an advantage CRM experience is an advantage Proficient customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills This position is an integral part of the team. Your customer service skills, immaculate presentation and professionalism and superb communication skills will make you a standout candidate for this role. This role is a fantastic opportunity but is not for the faint hearted.
