About the Role You'll play a key role in supporting the broker with asset finance and residential loan processes, while enjoying the flexibility of working in a modern, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management Perform basic reception duties, such as answering phones and welcoming clients Manage appointments and coordinate meetings Assist with email correspondence and follow up on simple client tasks A little bit about you Previous administration experience (highly regarded) Energetic and professional demeanor Excellent phone manner and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Tech-savvy, with proficiency in office software and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Culture Here at Loan Market we run a collaborative and team-oriented environment where we are focused on achieving goals and maintaining a positive attitude.
