Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre - Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative CareHourly Rate: $29.57 p/hr - $31.81 p/hr plus 25% casual loading ASO2 | Multiple Casual Vacancies Join the team as an Administrative Assistant and help make a difference in Southern Adelaide's local community!About the Role:As an Administrative Assistant in the casual pool, you will be responsible for the provision of quality administrative service to the hospital and assist in covering vacant ASO2 positions.In this role, your duties may include: Making appointments as necessary, e.g.outpatients, transport.Prioritising the sequential filing of inpatient forms within the medical record in a timely and accurate manner.Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner and is in accordance with any organisational and/or legislative requirements where applicable.acting in a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal and external clients; About you: Fast, accurate and timely keyboard experience to ensure information is available to other users of the computer system.Experience working in a busy, multi-disciplinary setting (preferably health).Experience working with minimal supervision and using initiative for problem solving and dealing with several tasks at the same time.Ability to prioritise work to ensure an efficient flow of quality services to clients, staff and the public.Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.Application Closing Date: 11.55 pm Sunday 23rd June 2024Attachments: Applicant Information: In addition to the annual salary and entitlements (superannuation & leave loading), we also offer salary sacrifice benefits.Watch a short about what salary packaging is.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working including part-time.Applicants are encouraged to discuss the flexible working arrangements for this role.Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.SA Health Services are required to implement the in the workplace.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are encouraged to apply.Job ref: 847166
