Women's and Children's Health Network - Division of Paediatric MedicineAdministrative Assistant - General Medicine - North AdelaideSalary – $58,709 - $63,154 - Part Time (0.4 FTE) – Ongoing/ Permanent – ASO2 About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Paediatric Medicine team as a Administrative Assistant - General Medicine, where you will be responsible for: Providing a high level of administrative and reception support services to the Department Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of clerical documentation Contributing to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists and other details Assists in the management of outpatient clinic bookings About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
