We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role combines administrative duties with bookkeeping responsibilities to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial records, handling office administration, and assisting in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and managing invoices. Assist in accounts payable and receivable. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices. Support management with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements:
Previous experience in both administrative roles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (we use Xero, Unleashed & Lightspeed) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree or certification in accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Benefits:

Pay: $50,374.56 – $86,119.66 per year
