About the role This is a Full-time, permanent opportunity for an upbeat, professional Admin Assistant to join an forward thinking and innovative Manufacturing Sales Team located in Baywater.You will be providing admin support to the Business Development Manager (BDM) and the wider Sales Team.
This opportunity also allows you to assist the BSM managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, giving you the opportunity to expand your skill set.Responsibilities Working as part of a collaborative Customer Service environment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Minimum of two years' experience within a admin phone based customer service role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS office - Excel is particularly important Experience within a collaborative and outcome focused role. Previous experience handling and prioritising customer enquirers Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency Experience working within a fast paced environment Strong administration skills Benefits
