About the Role Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Admissions, this role manages end-to-end administration activities, ensuring smooth and accurate enrolment of day and boarding students to maintain optimal enrolment levels.
Duties & Responsibilities Address enquiries from prospective and current parents with promptness, professionalism, and friendliness.Prepare and oversee documentation for all enrolment stages.Ensure accurate records of enrolled students in the school's database and online enrolment system.Diary management and organisation for the Director of Admissions.Skills & Experience Required Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with parents, staff, and stakeholders.Proactive and solution-focused mentality.High level of proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and strong database management skills.A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative position.An alignment with the values and culture of this prestigious educational environment.Benefits & Culture A dedicated and well-established team.Inner suburbs location with parking provided on site.Morning tea provided.Work for a company that genuinely looks after their team.Beautiful office space and school environment.About the Company A well-established and respected educational institution that is guided by a mission to create a workplace culture that embraces community and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
