Partnering with ESE Consulting, they are seeking an Administrative and Finance Support Officer to enhance their operations and contribute to their continued success.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this position combines administrative and financial responsibilities. You'll be a lynchpin of the organisation, handling customer interactions, and financial tasks including invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calls, updating the membership register and maintaining the website.Support financial operations by processing payments, managing petty cash and preparing financial reports.Ensure accurate invoicing, oversee member accounts and manage rebates and fuel transactions.Provide exceptional in-store customer service and assist with order processing as needed.Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in administration and accounts.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting others.This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to contribute to a well-established cooperative that values community, quality, and teamwork.
